Designing Bounded glTF Import Before Writing the Importer
CF085 accepts an ownership, identity and lifecycle contract for future scene import. The current runtime still rejects glTF scenes and nodes.

The accepted design keeps an immutable scene blueprint in the asset domain. A pure procedural compiler would turn an explicit instance into an ordinary ScenePatch, submitted through the existing world gateway. Parsing does not gain mutation authority.
Stable identity would derive from exact content, selected scene, instance and source-node identity. Applied nodes would participate in ordinary logical hashing, replay and observations. Explicit upload, eviction and exact-source rehydration remain separate from logical world state.
Delivery is staged: bounded blueprint decoding, pure patch compilation, then service and rendering proof. CF085 / PR #86 changes documentation and architecture only. It does not implement those stages or admit glTF scenes and nodes. The portfolio's implemented capability remains CF083 / PR #84.
