  8. System

    Cogniform

A 3D engine that lets software and AI tools change a scene, then inspect images and object data from the same scene version. Rust, wgpu, GLB, DX12 / Vulkan

  9. System

    LudoWeave Engine

A Python engine for small 2D worlds with verified replay, pause and single-step controls, seek/resume, and a tick-aware playback status panel. Python, ECS, wgpu, MCP

  10. System

    Yocto + QEMU EDU Lab

A hands-on lab for building Linux images and learning how drivers communicate with simulated devices on two processor architectures. Yocto Project, Linux, QEMU, C

  11. System

    MakopaOS

A small operating system lab for studying how a computer boots, runs isolated programs and controls access to resources. Rust, x86 Assembly, UEFI / BIOS, QEMU

  12. System

    Omniweft

An early world engine with bounded GLB import, content-addressed assets and explicit provenance. Imported geometry stays detached from World mutation and rendering, alongside existing worker recovery. C++20, Python, SDL3 / Vulkan, Scoped permissions

  13. System

    AeroLoop

A simulation-only drone laboratory that traces landing failures back through approach, contact and disarm. An experimental disturbance-decay candidate improves some counts while retaining failed gates. C++14, Python, Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab, React / Three.js

  14. Writing

Retrying AI Workers Without Duplicating Actions

Omniweft keeps mutation authority in the parent and policy host. A crashed or superseded worker cannot revive a proposal, and explicit retry preserves the exact request when delivery is uncertain.

  15. Writing

Where AI Fits in the Larger System

What recent work on agent standards, on-device inference, and reliability has reinforced for me about building AI into real products.

  17. Topic

    Virtual embedded Linux

Follow QEMU device discovery into Linux drivers, Yocto images and bounded evidence.

  18. Topic

    Agent-operable worlds

Connect bounded agent intent, authoritative state and revision-linked observations.

  19. Topic

    Deterministic worlds

Explore the relationship between authoritative state, optional presentation and revision-linked feedback.

  20. Topic

    Evidence and validation

Read how source revisions, local interfaces and virtual hardware define what an engineering claim can establish.

  21. Engineering note

AeroLoop finds landing error before first contact

Two no-outage cases exceed the final-support position bound at contact. Retained analysis separates approach, contact and disarm while an opt-in decay candidate remains experimental.

  22. Engineering note

Omniweft keeps retry behind the authority boundary

Merged worker lifecycle and restart-expiry handling preserve terminal proposals and the exact prepared request. Uncertain delivery can recover a receipt; expired retention requires reconciliation.

  23. Engineering note

Omniweft adds authenticated local Python control

The merged PR-005 SDK adds private local sessions, capability negotiation, typed object transactions and explicit recovery after uncertain responses. Optional Vulkan presentation is also implemented, with separate Windows GPU evidence.

  24. Engineering note

Verified replay gains a presentation pass

M241 adds visible playback of verified Clockwork Arena recordings. A full headless check precedes presentation; recorded transactions and inputs remain authoritative, while live gameplay input is ignored.

  25. Engineering note

Record play sessions, verify them headlessly

Clockwork Arena can record the input snapshots its play loop consumes and verify them in a fresh headless process. Recording is opt-in, capped at 3,600 requested ticks, and keeps rendering and audio outside the artifact.

  26. Engineering note

Optional audio beside the canonical world

Clockwork Arena now documents optional synthesized effects through an explicitly pumped, callback-free audio path. The default Null audio mode remains headless and unpaced; device playback and human listening require separate verification.

  27. Engineering note

    Bounded local agent sessions

The CLI now documents inherited-stream sessions and a local MCP adapter for queries, imagination, atomic patches, and revision-linked observations. These adapters add no network listener or remote security boundary.

  28. Engineering note

Independent PCI and ARM64 learning paths

Closed lab manifests now separate x86-64 PCI MSI/INTx and bounded DMA from an ARM64 Device Tree and platform-driver path. The ARM64 peripheral has its own hardware contract and does not expose DMA.

  29. Engineering note

From boot sector to explicit kernel authority

The retained BIOS example is now accompanied by a freestanding Rust kernel and thin UEFI loader. Fixed workloads exercise task isolation, capability-mediated IPC, a bounded approval broker, and a supervisor-readable effect journal.
